Live in Chicago and work in Elk Grove Village. Daughter born July 15, 2005 so not much time to cook right now....but I love cooking when I can and LOVE watching the food network. Really love music, especially Celtic and Classic Rock. Favorites: The Fenians, The Prodigals, Brigid's Cross, Rolling Stones, RUSH, Barenaked Ladies

Love making Chili, usually in the winter. Anything else I feel like....!! New thing is trying out my slow cooker/crockpot on the weekends! Love making dishes that provide leftovers for the week!
