I am a transplant to Detroit from Buffalo, NY, and I love cookbooks that tell stories, as well as give recipes. I enjoy cooking and baking, I love when I make something for people, and their eyes light up, and they enjoyed what i made. Food is Love.

Favorite Foods:

I really like to try all different kinds of food, Middle Eastern, Ethiopian,Indian, etc. It is great living here in Detroit, i can have any ethnic food i am in the mood for. The cookbook that i refer to all the time is the King Arthur Anniversary cookbook, or the Cake Bible, by Rose Levy-Bernbaum.
