I'm a Swedish student in my final year of journalism studies. I love to write and to cook.
At the moment I am fascinated by the African and Middle-Eastern cuisine. But my fascination tends to change with the weather. I am starting to feel that I want to get back to my Scandinavian roots, where fish, potatoes and creamy sauces dominate the kitchen. Ah, I will see where the wind takes me.

I am addicted to Samosa's and Naanbread.
Dishes with couscous and Tabouleh are also amazing.
Swedish down-to-earth dishes are also my favorites.
And lately, spicy food has caught my attention. A burning sensation on my tounge making me sweat and my eyes tear is no longer a torture, but tantalizing. Yum!
