I am an avid scrapbooker, SAHM to two small children, educated as a mechanical engineer. Sometimes I experiment with new recipes, much to the dismay of dh, who prefers the "tried and true" meals - LOL. We renovated our kitchen a year ago and now I have lots of space to work in, but the kids seem to keep me so busy that I'm not so good at planning my meals anymore.
