about me

I'm a wife and mother of two small children. I enjoy cooking, and more importantly I appreciate that cooking allows me to limit the amount of processed foods my family eats. I am hoping to build a large garden this year to provide even fresher ingredients for my meals. My favorite cookbook is Mexico Beautiful. Also, as someone enjoys being outdoors some of my other favorite activities include golfing and fishing.
