I love to cook, and entertain guests. I love to eat just about anything, and to me Presentation tells a lot about who you are.

Where do I begin?
I've eaten a lot of different food from a lot of different places, and my list could go on and on.

I would have to say my signature dish is my potatoes, they go very well with bbq chicken, or even the Turkey for Thanksgiving.
