Recogonized Master chef, Now dis-abled. Still cooking at home and sharing recipes w/ all.

Favorite Foods:

Trained in traditional French cuisine I then studied and traveled to Italy. Both parents were from Italy and I naturally loved the cuisine. Sicilian being my favorite. After 12 1/2 years in military most of it being In southeast Asia I adopted my second type of cuisine as a blend of Thai. Vietnamese and Cambodian.
