about me

I am an accountant. Basically I have no life from December until May. Once May comes, you will find me in my garden, hiking with my dog, Molly, working out at the gym or reading a good book. I love the Jersey shore but not the sun. Cooking and baking are enjoyable when I find the time. I especially like Cooking Light cookbooks and magazines. I have four grandchildren and love this time of my life.

Favorite Foods:

I love trying new foods. This winter I made Taco Soup which quickly became a favorite. I like to eat healthy without sacrificing taste. Love finding a new chicken or salmon recipe. Italian and Mexican foods are my favorites. I could eat vegetarian pizza from Sun Tavern every day of the week and not get tired of it. My kids love my chicken enchiladas, meatloaf and cheesecake. My tossed salads are known far and wide; I throw every in but the kitchen sink. Love to chill out with friends and family over good wine and good food rather at home or dining out.
