about me

i'm an architecture student who likes to cook for relaxation. i used to live in a coop and my job was to plan the menus for the whole house on a weekly basis. that is how i discovered recipezaar, so my house and i thank you for your help.

my dream is to own my own firm with a cafe on the ground floor, just as a secluded hangout with a patio and the occasional customer.

Favorite Foods:

i make dishes that stem from my interests in different cultures. i have travelled widely and pick up cooking tips and new favorite ingredients all over the world.

i make simple dishes from simple ingredients but i'm obsessed with technique. i like to make things with long cooking times, especially soup. i also like to bake but i don't like to eat desserts so it all depends on whether i have people to bake for.
