about me

I love to cook but need a recipe to get me started! I love recipezaar because it allows me to find a recipe for ANYTHING that I may be craving! I'm a weightwatchers lifetime member, a knitter, crocheter, scrapbooker, runner (on good days!) and a wife and hopefully sometime in the future, a mother!

I love seafood and look forward to vacations in the Outer Banks (NC, baby!). I am half Polish and have fond memories of my father making all kinds of homemade Polish meals as well as any other cuisine he could imitate!

I can't stand olives but have just learned to like cole slaw!

Favorite Foods:

Anything really! I love to cook my dad's linguini and clam sauce (white) for my husband but it's only ever made for a special occasion since it's quite fattening!! There's nothing I enjoy cooking more than something that reminds me of my dad! Unless of course it's a cake! I don't have a favorite restaurant, per se - I just enjoy a large selection of good stuff when eating out!!

I'm also always on the lookout for really good banana bread and meatloaf recipes so you'll probably see me post a LOT of each! (And of course, be sure to suggest your favorite to me!)
