about me

I gave birth to my first child, Aidan, on November 11, 2006, and my second son, Caleb, October 9, 2008; so finding time to keep up with them and do everything else is a little hard at times! I am always looking for a good, wholesome recipe that doesn't demand too much of my time, yet tastes great.

I am about to marry a wonderful man in a few short months, and I cannot wait! He treats my boys like his own.

I am back in school to finish up my RN Degree, and stay busy all the time.

Favorite Foods:

Anything Italian, although I do love Chinese food from time to time.

My fiance makes the best chicken parmesan I've ever tasted, but he won't let me post it on here yet.

I enjoy making food that is simple in preparation, isn't too time consuming, and kid friendly.
