about me

i'm a dj for a local radio station as well as a youth counselor for a group home.
if i had a month off i would go crazy, but would most likely find peace with music and the outdoors.
every day there is a battle over the kitchen table with my cat. he loves the view from the kitchen table, and i love a clean table - unfortunately there's little romm for compromise! now i also have a dog and they keep each other busy with childish bickering. at least i don't have to worry about cleaning up any food i drop on the floor.

Favorite Foods:

i'm single, so my diet usually consists of ramen noodles and peanut butter sandwiches.
but that's slowly changing the more i swim around the sea of 'zaar!

my cookbook and suggested meals have few ingredients - and especially no elaborate ones - and easy prep.

my favorite meals have a lot of vegetables. i like stir fry, casseroles, salads and gourmet pizza.
