I like playing softball, running, and of course cooking. I'm always looking for new, different, and healthy dishes. I traveled all over Europe about a year ago and I'm stll not halfway done scrapbooking it.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food in the entire world is ice cream, I eat it about every day in some way shape or form. I also eat at least one apple most days and chocolate is another of my favourites. Carbohydrates are wonderful and peanut butter is good on anything.
