Favorite Foods:

I love vegetarian dishes. I could eat beans, cheese & rice every day...and usually do. I struggle to eat healthy but now that I have a 2 daughters I want to instill healthy eating habits & a love for healthy food. I fear pesticides so I try to buy all my fruits & veggies organic. But then I fear ecoli so I have no real solution. HELP ME!
