Just a Southern Kentucky girl who loves to cook, and cooks healthy. I also enjoy hiking and horseback riding (Kentucky gaited breeds are the best!). I live on a horse farm and enjoy the outdoors.

I love fruits and vegetables, raw or cooked LOL. Not much of a beef or pork eater, but I do eat the white meats. I absolutely love desserts! I try to cook everything fat free and sugar free because of the hereditary health problems in my family.
