about me

A retired chef, working all over the US in many different locations and companys. I enjoy making a home(finally!) and cooking for my family. I collect good cookbooks and still find time to make new recipies, I HATE IN THE BUSINESS, WHEN A CHEF, DOESN'T WORK HIS/HER LINE. OR BECOMES TOO BIG HEADED TO LISTEN TO HIS STAFF!!!!! For fun my husband and I do competion BBQ, and cook together, garden, growing our own organics,herbs etc.(save the humans!)
