I am 29 years old, married and I have two kids. I LOVE to cook, and search for new and interesting recipes.I love to meet new people, spend time w/ my family and ride Horses. I live in Salt Lake City and I work from home for a health infomation company.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dishes are Roasted Ginger Salmon with Soy butter, Vegetarian black bean tacos w/ chipotle chile salsa,shrimp clemenceau,grilled salmon w/ sweet and sour cucumber relish,orange-ginger shrimp skewers,etc.

I am also a new fan of Sushi!! I would eat it everyday if I could. I am trying to work up the courage to prepare sushi at home. Hopefully it will not be a total disaster!
