Hey yall! I'm in 8th grade and almost 14. wooh! I'm rather undefinable if you don't know me in person, because if I described myself it would only be one side and there are SO many sides to me that only people who have known me at least a year know my true personality. Hmm...but I'm generally known as a very smiley person. We'll leave it at that. =)
Probably the best memories of my life was when we were living in Germany I just love the cool weather, nature, culture, and SNOW!
NOW, TO THE COOKING BIT.
I love baking best of all, especially breads and cookies, and I'm always looking for new bread recipes to try. I also enjoy recipes using fresh fruits that are refreshing and not overly sugary. I am very sporty and active so I like foods that give you a lot of energy with good nutrition too.
My pet peves are definitely boys and girls at school who cuss like crazy when the teachers aren't looking, just cause they think it is cool. This is NOT cool as the Bible clearly states, and I really feel poisoned when I have to sit next to people like that.

Favorite Foods:

I am crazy about seafood, but stuff like crab and shrimp-not oysters or clams!!! My favorite restaurant is Super King Buffet, which serves lots of the stuff that my Halmonie (Korean Grandma) makes when we visit her. (She lives in Korea, we live in the US) Also almost any homebaked bread (as I mentioned, I have a fetish for fresh homeade bread!) I am half-Korean and half German so I am way into all types of cultural foods, like German Schnitzel and Spetzi and Korean Kim-bop and Kimchee. I also love tons of fresh fruits like watermellon, cantaloupe, and apples. At this point you're probably thinking, woah. HEALTH NUT ALERT!! lol but, in moderation, I also go crazy of over stuff like homeade blackberry pie or angel food cake with whipped cream.
