My name is Jan Vorster, I am a retired naval officer, busy with a second career, namely tour guiding. My hobby and passion is cuisine, and one of the tours I present is a gourmet food and wine tour of South Africa. I am currently working on putting together a cookbook on mussel recipes, and hopefully will be able to use this forum to vet some of the recipes!
