I'm a self-employed computer geek (uh, consultant) who loves to cook. My wife rarely gets near the kitchen except for breakfast and leftovers (and to clean up after me )

I love to cook all kinds of food, especially Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, a little French, Thai, Spanish and Greek. And, since moving to Florida, I'm getting into real southern bbq such as ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc.
