My passion is cooking. Most of my recipes are old southern family recipes, however a dear chef friend, (he specializes in French Cuisine and Pastries), and I constantly exchange recipes with each other for variety.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite recipe to prepare is my "Lemon Pepper-Tarragon Chicken with Sour Cream, Mushroom and Wine Sauce". Why? Because it is SOOO easy and extremely impressive! I recommend it to all men I know who are trying to impress a new lady!
