I hated eating my mother's cooking, we were poor and had to eat oatmeal, fried mush, pancakes, and peanut butter. I taught myself to cook when I left home, out of a Betty Crocker cookbook. I caught on fast and have been cooking ever since. I'm fascinated by all the cooking shows on tv, and tweek every recipe to suit my taste, it is my passion now.
I'm a meat and potato girl, never cared much for sweets, gimme the main course and I'm happy! I love to experiement with different cultures and mix them. Put some chinese 5-spice in your fried chicken, or some Italian sausage in your tacos. I love to mix it up!
