I'm in that "thrifty by necessity" phase of life. I'm going to law school, and I'm always looking for inexpensive, quick, vegetarian recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I absolutely love Mexican food. I think I could live off of burritos, quesadillas, nachos, guacamole, etc.
I like Italian food, too. I have a weakness for pesto sauce, even though it's not the healthiest food known to mankind.
