I am a medical student who rarely has time to cook but loves to try new recipes when I do have time. I am also always on the hunt for quick, easy, and healthy recipes.
I love venison steaks in a wine and garlic marinade served with twice-baked potatoes and asparagus. My husband also makes a fantastic hoisin chicken with herbed couscous. Chocolate swirl cheesecake for dessert, anyone??
Our favorite restaurants include The Barbary Fig in Minneapolis and a little alley cafe in Beijing.
