My Name is Erin. My husband Steven and I live in Blue Springs, Mo. There are two little one running around the house. McKaylla who is 6, and Jason who is 5. I work at a Cardiology office at a local hospital. And we also bread Rottweilers, and try to fix up our house on the weekends. My husband and I spend alot of time training our dogs, and taking the kids around town.

Favorite Foods:

I like good food that is inexpensive and easy to prepare. Less time in the Kitchen, more time with the family. I am famous for my chocolate chip cookies, pizza, and onion tart. We dont go out to eat very often. Why go out, when you can have a better meal at home for less money?
