Live in S. Florida, and love Latin and Caribbean foods.
There hasn't been a food product I've come across in the last 20 years that I
haven't liked, with 3 exceptions:
1. tripe (just can't stand the smell)
2. Brussels sprouts (nothing more than an aborted cabbage)
3. mirliton (also called chayote squash; a tasteless food with no redeeming quality
that appeals to my taste. It's supposed to 'absorb' the flavors of the recipe,
but so does cardboard.)
