about me

I'm a stay at home mommy with 3 great kids. I've lived in Minnesota all my life. Hubby and I have just bought our first house, it's exciting!! When I'm not experimenting in the kitchen, I love to paint. And paint. And paint some more. Now if I can find a way to bring both my hobbies together... hmmm...

My favorite cookbook is my good old faithful Betty Crocker cookbook that my mother gave me when I moved out on my own. It's by far my fave because the recipes are basic, and you can pronounce all the ingredients and have most of them in your kitchen anyway. But Rachael Ray has some great ones too. Love that woman, she's the best!

Favorite Foods:

I love chinese, wish everyone else in this houses did too... Love all kinds of food. Steak, any veggie that is put in front of me, the list can go on and on... Probable easier to say what I *don't* like, lol... My fave dish to make is my peanut butter chicken. It's the one thing I know I can make and nothing will be left over.
