I'm a 38 year old woman, recently promoted to Homemaker (after retiring from the corporate world)! My husband and I have no children and we enjoy skiing, cycling, reading and watching old episodes of Northern Exposure.

I am an avid knitter, spinner and knitwear designer - and also enjoy other needlecrafts.

Having the time to try new recipes and expand my creativity in the kitchen is very enjoyable and I'm finding many great recipes on the web!

Favorite Foods:

Pasta!! I love pasta and am currently tinkering with lasagne recipes. I'm interested in lamb recipes as well.

Experimenting with the pressure is recently eductional and a fast, tender way to cook.

I recently purchased a clay pot and also a cedar plank to expand my cooking methods.
