about me

I live in the shrub steppe area of southeast Washington state. Our annual rainfall is around 6 inches. It's just my husband and I at home now but I still love to try new dishes. I'm a nurse and work in the physical rehab unit of a local hospital. We have 3 dogs, (big!) and 1 cat. We like to camp out and travel. We're doing a long---- remodel of our house. I love to read when I'm not cooking or cook when I'm not reading : )

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook almost everything. I enjoy making homemade bread. I work with several ethnic groups and love making foods they tell me about.
I have a picky eater for a husband but he'll gamely try almost everything except seafood dishes. We love the Olive Garden Restaurant. When we travel it's fun to try new foods.
