Hello, I'm a former teacher and presently a stay-at-home-mum for my beautiful triplets. My husband has his own business and I help out . I love to sew, and of course cook. My whole family loves to cook.(Dad had a bakery, Mum cooked in her own restaurant)Really , I am most happy when I am creating a new recipe. It's in my blood(you know,butter,sugar,eggs.)I love historical and "make your own" recipes.My children love to cook as well and think cooking with Mum is a great reward for good behavior.

Favorite Foods:

I love to make foods from scratch, but I am well known for my bread and also my cream puffs.When I am not baking, I love to cook anything Italian or Mediterainian.I love garlic, basil,and fresh tomatos. Olive oil is always found at my house.
