Obviously a foodie. I wear a number of different hats. Cable guy, computer tech and tour guide during the summer.
Food is my real passion though.
I've just been given a sweetheart deal to resurrect and run a soup & sandwich shop. I've worked in kitchens but have never run one. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hearty stews like Belgian Beef and Ale, Hungarian Goulash and Paperkasch. Cajun and Creole Gumbos, Jambalaya, red beans and rice. Mediterranean stuff with olive oil, yougurt, olives, peppers, lemon and lots of herbs.
And barbeque. Glorious, smokey and delicious.
There are likely a lot of things that I've not tried but will love them when I do.
