A teenager who loves to cook- wierd or what? But yes, it's one of my passions! To me cooking is like an art form- there's always something new and exciting to try, and there are constantly more ideas running around in my head than I know what to do with.
I'm a vegan who also loves music, helping animals, yoga, and meditating. I sort-of accidentally converted my family to veganism so I'm always on the lookout for foods that will please, and be healthy for, all of us! I am interested in the Fuhrman approach (i.e Eat To Live) but we certainly don't follow it strictly.
Despite my dad and brother's picky taste buds, I like to try at least two new recipes a week. (Not counting breakfast and lunch inventions!) I'm lucky that I'm homeschooled so I have a lot more time to indulge my fascination and culture my creativity in the kitchen. Virtually all the recipes I submit from other sources, have been modified in some way, but usually I do acknowledge the original source. I never submit anything I wouldn't reccommend to my best friend- and I test everything at least twice! Hope you enjoy, and are inspired by, my ideas!

Favorite Foods:

My absolute favorite of all time is Indian. I can never, ever get enough. "The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen", however, got me interested in the cuisine of that area.
At the same time, breakfast is often my favorite meal of the day! Toast, muesli, or fruit bowls... what's not to like?
