I am a stay-at-home mom of 2. Nicolas is 8 and Lily is 16 months old. We also share our home with 2 very large dogs and 2 very hairy cats, and most recently, my mother. I make and sell HIGH-POWERED Magnetic Therapy Jewelry locally and on the web. The response has been overwhelming so, along with my family life, it keeps me busy! Ergo, I seek fast, easy and delish recipes.

Favorite Foods:

Sushi and Japanese foods and soups are my personal favorite. My husband loves when I make Enchiladas and my son loves my breaded chicken strips! Our absolute favorite place to eat around here is El Charro Mexican Restaurant (Fraser, MI). They have these soft shell tacos that are to die for.
