I love all sorts of food! Can't think of anything I don't like right now, well there's offal, I don't like that. I Love Middle Eastern food, especially the sweets and good Welsh cooking. I've cooked more since joining this site than I've ever done before with any new cookbook!! The fact that others have tried and recommended dishes has encouraged me to have a go. Not only that, I've even 'thrown things together' without measuring just tasting! Unheard of before I joined here, I found the confidence to cook because of 'Zaar. Who needs cookbooks?
