I recently moved back to the midwest, where I grew up, after many years in the Pacific Northwest. I'm looking forward to the corn and tomatoes, as the coolness of the Cascades keeps them from getting as sweet. I do miss the freah seafood.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood. Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines. I am trying to do as much as possible on the grill.
