I live in Western KY. I am employed with the U.S. Postal Service.
Hobbies....I like to read. I like adventures. I like going places that I have never been & doing things that I have never done.
We live on a mini-farm. I love my animals. We have 5 horses, 3 cows, 3 goats, 1 pig, several chickens, ducks, dogs & cats. I have all of the animals named. I won't let my husband eat or sell any of the animals. I like to garden & can/freeze the produce. I love being outside. I walk everyday.
My passions would have to be my horses & spending time with family & friends.
My pet peeve would have to be someone complaining about his/her life & not trying to make his/her life better for him/herself.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite foods? Hmmm.....where do I start....I love chocolate, cheese and spicy foods. I love fresh fruit & veggies. I am adventerous in my cooking & trying new foods too. Whenever, we eat at a restaurant with a buffet, I try at least one new dish. (Most of the time, that means I'm looking on zaar for a similar recipe.) I even have the grandson trying new things.
Favorite restaurant would be according to what I am in the mood for. I do like Red Lobster or ChiChis(out of business) or The Oasis.
My most famous dish that I have ever cooked is Fudge Brownie Pie. My ex-sister-in-law always wanted me to make that for every family dinner. The recipe made 3 pies. I always sent one home with her. I haven't made it in a long time. I have no idea where the recipe is.
