I am a wife and mother of two wonderful men. I am a Christian women who loves the Lord and wants everyone to know and love Him too. I love to cook but I dislike trying to figure out what to cook. I am a downhome woman who due to health problems look for shortcuts and shorter times in the kitchen. My desire is to become a old fashion cook making more things from stratch like in the older days. My God, my family and friends means more to be than life itself. I love to see and make people smile and love to share all i can with others.

mexican and soups

I think I could live on Mexican foods and Soups. My all time favorite is vegtable beef. Coming in close second is Tin Can Soup made with Taco Seasoning. When I met my dh he dislike soups till he was on a field problem, came home early and I had made Vegtable soup for our boys and myself. We finished the pot and I started from Stratch the next day on another pot. My favorite restaurant is TACO TICO but they were closed down years ago so now I like TACO BELL or better yet "homemade".
