Favorite Foods:

My favourite foods are... Gumbo, freshly baked bread, anything dealing with prosciutto or artichokes, pasta & cauliflower (old family dish), anything with fresh raspberries or strawberries, black eyed peas, lima and black beans, corn bread, fried shrimp/okra/green tomatoes, goat cheese, or... any dairy with high fat content, really.. haha. My last meal would definitely include a nice, tall glass of 18% cream.

I love cooking different ethnic foods, but my favourites are Southern(and Cajun), Caribbean, Eastern European, South American, Italian and French.

Anthony Bourdain is my personal deity, closely followed by Mrs. Ina Garten.
