about me

I am a retired lab tech. I love to cook and try new recipes. When I am not cooking I am quilting or doing genealogy. We live in a winter wonderland, but due to rheumatoid arthritis I can no longer participate in the winter sports. I can still get out in the summer and hike my favorite trail.

I love ethnic food, and I like to try and reproduce dishes from my favorite restaurants.
