Favorite way to cook at home is to try to create something delicious from ingredients on hand, and not make a trip to the store.

My best loved dishes are Corned Beef with cabbage and German Hot Potato Salad, Sunday Baked Chicken with Gravy and Cornbread Dressing, Chicken with Dos Salsas, Spinach and Feta Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce, and Chicken Flautas with Avocado Salsa.
