I love studying history! Most of the cookbooks I am collecting are half history book, half cookbook.
One of the best cookbooks I have ever read is Jewish Holiday Baking by Marcy Goldman. I like anything by Mollie Katzen, too.
Food from Western Europe (specifically traditional British cooking) and from Asia (mostly Japan, but I love Thai and Vietnamese also) are my main focus at the moment.
I love sewing, embroidery, cooking, baking, and dancing. I am a total girl when it comes to hobbies lol.
Sukiyaki!! Although Thai coconut soups are pretty high on the list.
And sushi, but that is too expensive for me to eat often.
