My name is Kayte and I love anything that has to do with food! I live in the Rocky mountains with my husband Steve, 2 annoying birds, a hamster and our Maine Coon kitty Jazzy cat. I am absolutely addicted to Recipezaar and love finding new and awesome recipes to try out on my DH. I'm pretty lucky that he is not at all picky.
I will usually never rate anything below 3 stars, I can pretty much tell by the ingredients if I'm going to enjoy a recipe or not. Even though I've been in CO for over 6 years, I'm still getting used to high altitude cooking and how to adapt recipes to the altitude. I think DH would say I'm doing a pretty good job though!

Favorite Foods:

I love ALL foods but my favorites are anything Mexican and Chinese and we love fine dining. I often try to cook "fancy" at home. I love trying new recipes with lamb and venison. Just about anything with lemon, rosemary and/or capers will be a winner for me!
