I have quite a bit of experience as a server, bartender and cook, in restaurants, cafes, and retirement homes. I am working on starting my own business, doing wedding cakes, party trays, pastries, catering, etc. My business will be called Sweet Pea Pastries! I have a newborn son, born May 9, 2008, so it will be nice to follow my dream while getting to raise my son!
