about me

I love to create great food for family and friends. I'm always trying out new dishes and creating my own recipes. I enjoy recipe swapping and I love to collect cookbooks and have hundreds of them in my collection. When I'm not cooking I love to spend time with my family. Our family spends a lot at the beach, but skiing in Colorado or Utah is our favorite vacation.

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy eating all kinds of food. When I have the time I love to try a challenging new dish, but often I'm short on time so I usually make dishes that seem like they took a lot of time and skill but really were fast and easy. I especially enjoy making the food our family associates with every holiday, probably because the food brings back so many good memories.
