about me

I am a mother of 3 Children. 1 boy (20) and 2 girls (11 & 18). The picture is of my youngest DD and her dad right before they left for a daughter/father dance on 04/07/06. I work full time in the evenings and cook dinner before I leave for work for my kids and hubby. I love easy quick, simple meals for them. My oldest DD loves to make the side dishes for dinner so I'm always looking for something she can make. I have a very large collection of cookbooks with Betty Crocker still being my favorite of all even if it is falling apart. lol

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are anything with peanut butter. I will try anything(except liver) once and like trying new recipes all the time. Anytime I get to go out to eat it is a good thing. We really like trying different restaurants and right now our favorites are Red Robin, Applebees and Lone Star. I love a great steak when I go out to eat and a good salad.
