I'm a communications technician presently living in Ohio.
My favorite cookbook is 'Classic American Food Without Fuss'. Try the Minimalist Pot Roast, if nothing else.
Cheese, soup, fresh bread, haggis (just kidding), spaghetti pie...anything that tastes good the first time around and even better re-heated. (Cook once; eat for a weekend...)
