about me

I am 45 and I live in the Los Angeles area with my husband and 6 year old son. I work full time as an Sr. Office Assistant for LAUSD in their Operations Dept. My son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 2 1/2. So much of my time away from work is working with him. When I do get some time I enjoy reading, playing games or trying out new recipes. My husband is a retired Teacher and now stay at home dad.

My sister in-law has me hooked on dream dinners and have already been to 2 sessions. I am booked for 2 more. I love the idea of coming home and knowing I can have everything i need for dinner. I have even made a few OAMC items to rotate in with the dream dinners. I am really excited because we rarely eat fast food anymore when we were eating out at least 4 times a week.

As for types of cooking I love everything. As for a favorite dish it has to be Mom's Taco Salad. I will have to get the recipe from her some day.
