OH what to say? I really like to bake and cook but with a 10 month old who is practically running now there isn't so much time to try new things out - esp. if they require more than a little of my attention. I just started working part time and by part time I mean I work so very little it hardly seems like work at all. Kinda nice, kinda disappointing.
Fave cookbook? Hmmm I have a semi ginormous collection of those so let me get back to ya on that one!!

Favorite Foods:

I love golabki (stuffed cabbage - it's a Polish thing!) and have great memories of my Italian grandma and her Spaghetti (yes, I am a mutt). Homemade pizza, homemade bread (well, with the help of my bread machine. love it!) cookies, and cakes are some things I love to make. Am I rhyming here? The crockpot is my newly rediscovered best friend.
I am usually disappointed when I eat out - I feel like I can do as good as or better - unless it is at Carrabba's which I absolutely love and there aren't any of them out here, I don't think. Or Ethnic places. I love Vietnamese and Thai. Now that I probably can't do so well!
