about me

Me and my DH Live on a 1/4 section in the middle of the USA where we raise beef cattle, range raised chickens/laying hens and garden fresh vegetables.I also have a fulltime job in town.
Cooking to me is a way to relax and unwind after 8 hours of working with the public.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood is my ultimate favorite but all GOOD food is good. I am fortunate to have great ingredients to cook : Naturally raised beef, chickens, eggs, pork and garden fresh vegetables.
