about me

I am the proud mother of 1 baby girl born on October 9, 2001. I always knew how to cook but never had time much. Since my daughter was born I have felt the need to stay home and cook more for my husband and I. He is enjoying the new "Betty Crocker", and it shows in his belly.
I also work full time so cooking has become a hobby to me and I'm always looking for an easy and tasty meal.

Favorite Foods:

I love using my crockpot and making any kind of sweet foods. My husbands favorite is my Seven Layer Cookies. He makes everyone try one if they want to or not.
The great thing about my husband is that he will eat anything I make. (Even if the dog won't)LOL
